underwhelming stay despite location
thin wallslack of fridge
The room was not excellent. the walls were pretty thin and i could hear everything happening in the hallway, not ideal when trying to sleep. also, the lack of a mini-fridge was a definite inconvenience. I expected more at this price point, to be honest i would have liked to keep some drinks cold without relying on ice from the bar.

tram detailsclean room
The location is near the tram, straight from the airport. It was convenient. i received an email detailing how to get to the hotel including tram details. the room was clean though it needed some maintenance.
The toilet flush button assembly was hanging off the wall. there was no fridge. Only a space remained. Our friends in an upgraded room had one though

The location suited me well. The tram to the city center was a short walk. The same tram offered direct access to the airport. The area was quiet at night, aiding sleep. Two mini-markets were conveniently beside the hotel. I found the tapas served in the hotel to be tasty and reasonably priced.
I found only two plug sockets in my room.

The room provided ample space, complemented by a very comfortable bed and pillow. Air conditioning worked effectively during the warm weather. The provided toiletries from Rituals added a touch of luxury to the stay.

The hotel served very tasty and well-priced tapas. The bar's happy hour offered good value. I particularly appreciated the chilled water dispenser in the lobby. The restaurant also looked to be of high quality.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They spoke English well. One male receptionist offered a warm greeting. The staff was amazing. They assisted during a medical crisis I experienced .
